PMO Project Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Dublin | Full-Time

A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a busy programme delivery team on a fixed-term basis. This role supports the smooth running of projects and strategic change activities across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Support project and programme managers with day-to-day coordination and administration.

  • Maintain PMO processes, templates, documentation, and reporting.

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and manage project information.

  • Assist with status updates, risks, issues, and benefits tracking.

  • Coordinate workshops, user groups, and project communications.

  • Support delivery of specific projects within the organisation’s change portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in a PMO, project support, or coordination role.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.

  • Degree in a relevant area; project management certification is a plus.
